This was over a period from end of July client was 130kg, early August to present December and now is 110kg.
Client now has a routine for intermittent fasting, movement, stress management, healthier eating habits , and movements with gut routine are now back to normal. health and wellness coaching

"Cherie has been assisting me with my personal weight loss. She is very helpful, and has given me quite a lot of helpful guidance to help my physical condition become better and kept me accountable to monitor my food selection and goal setting. We worked together regarding different ideas on exercise, and she has given some information in which foods I should be eating and when, we discussed portion sizes for meals, and what types of foods it should generally include.
